This weekend I felt like a kid all over again. I was so excited for South Ogden Days! Brett and I went to the parade. We were a little bummed out because the parade route used to ALWAYS go past our house and we had great front row seats but this year the route changed and we had to actually go find a spot but it was still worth it since I just LOVE parades! We got lots of candy (yes we had to push and shove other kids to get to it! Just kidding). We then had to actually be grown-ups with some responsibility and mow the lawn and do some house work. We also went to the temple! I love going there with Brett. It makes the perfect day to be in the temple with the one you love. Next we had a fun patriotic ward party and then off to be a kid again to eat pizza and watch the fire works! I'd say we've had one fun eventful day!
